Even if provider metrics rollups are calculated they are not displayed.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enter the container provider page

Actual results:
No utilization button (and pages) are available.

Expected results:
There should be an utilization button and metrics should be displayed correctly.

Providers metrics rollups can now be seen.
