Description of problem:
In section 1.4, Feedback, (https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/23/html/Release_Notes/sect-Release_Notes-Welcome_to_Fedora_.html#sect-Release_Notes-Feedback) the link to the common bugs wiki page is broken.

Actual results:
The link is to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Common_F_bugs, a page that doesn't exist.

Expected results:
The correct link is http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Common_F23_bugs

Edited the Feedback page and removed the variable causing the issue, made it text instead. Committed it back up to the repo
