Description of problem: Heketi is not installed on ISO

How reproducible: Always

Expected results: Heketi should be installed by default on ISO.

heketi-1.0.2-1.el7rhgs is part of latest ISO[1], but as an optional package. So it can be installed via yum after ISO install.
