As subject,for eg this cert
https://hardware.redhat.com/show.cgi?id=1130872

After added the supplemental hardware, go to "Certifications" section and click "CREATE NEW SUPPLEMENTAL CERTIFICATION",it will return
"The same certification already exsit,Are you sure you want to create a
new one?",I select "Sure",but nothing happened,the supplemental cert is not created.

So i have a question,whether each original cert should have only 1 supplemental cert? If no,then this should be a bug,please fix it as soon as possible,thanks.
