Description of problem:
Missing translation for VmLogon command for execution job

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect to a VM from the user portal
2.
3.

Actual results:
1. The message key 'VmLogon' is missing from 'bundles/ExecutionMessages' (in the engine log)
2. In the tasks tab the job is shown as VmLogon

Expected results:
1. No error in the log
2. Translated job name for the VmLogon command

Fixed bug tickets must have version flags set prior to fixing them. Please set the correct version flags and move the bugs back to the previous status after this is corrected.

Bug tickets must have version flags set prior to targeting them to a release. Please ask maintainer to set the correct version flags and only then set the target milestone.

verified on oVirt Engine Version: 4.1.0-0.0.master.20160613231338.git6e72c0b.el7.centos


verification steps:
1.triggered log in from user portal and verified the changes on Admin portal task bar changed to "Loggin on to VM "(with the relevant vm name)

2.from admin portal --> shutdown VM -->clone it-->verified task bar showed 
"Creating VM ${VM} as a clone of VM ${SourceVm}"
