Section Number and Name: Managing Packages and Docker

Describe the issue: 
We ask the user to run yum install several times. Why? Just specify all required packages and a single command to install them all?

Suggestions for improvement: 

Combine the sections or make a single section for the yum commands.

I believe most of the yum commands here have been combined. Some of them are separate to highlight important aspects of the install itself.
