gparted details

Description of problem:

From LiveCD. I am unable to shrink an ntfs partion when gparted is run by
sudo gparted

If I run sudo -i then gparted then it passes 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

gparted 0.23.0-3.fc23
ntfsprogs 2015.3.14

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo gparted
2. shrink ntfs partition 900 GB to 800 GB
3. Fail

This is a bug report about GParted LiveCD (which is derived from Debian
LiveCD).  As such Red Hat or Fedora project can't be expected to
investigate and resolve this.  I have raised GParted up stream bug to
investigate this.
