Describe the issue: 

There is no direct instructions on migrating from an quick install to advanced method.

Suggestions for improvement: 

It would be great if the 2.3.8 What’s Next section included steps for running ansible manually and converting to an advanced installation.  It appears that I could potentially copy /root/.config/openshift/.ansible/hosts to /etc/ansible/hosts to convert to an advanced installation, but this should be documented.
