Description of problem:

Man pages are installed in (note the whitespace!):

    /usr/share/man/man1<space><tab>blib/man5<space>/usr/share/man/man5

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

perl-Razor-Agent-2.85-20.fc23.x86_64

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ls -l /usr/share/man

Actual results:
Garbage directory

Expected results:
Man pages in /usr/share/man/man1
