bz-expire-cookies.pl occasionally fails and sends out an email to tell us

Actual results:

An email is received with:

Red Hat Bugzilla's database reported a query serialization error. Most
likely this occurred because another user or process attempted to
change the same data that you were attempting to change. Please retry
the transaction again. Query: No query statement found at
./bz-expire-cookies.pl line 16 main::main() called at
./bz-expire-cookies.pl line 10


Expected results:

No errors happend
