Description of problem:
The ucarp init script doesn't handle the --passfile option therefore ucarp doesn't start if password is not set.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
set --passfile and do NOT set password for ucarp instances

Additional info
According to /usr/sbin/ucarp --help, the --passfile should be accepted.
