Description of problem:
After some time inspector journalctl logs only consist of rootwrap strings:

All other logging is gone until the next restart. After restart it starts logging again. Not sure if it's a problem in puppet, oslo.log or inspector itself.

How reproducible:
At least once for me and for someone else.

This bug did not make the OSP 8.0 release.  It is being deferred to OSP 10.

FWIW I can no longer reproduce this issue
