Describe the issue: 

The version options only show 2 and 3.0. There is no 3.1.

Suggestions for improvement: 

Add 3.1

Actually it seems all non-English doc index pages missing 3.1 release.

Just to be clear, although we don't not need Japanese translations to fix THIS bug, we are requesting Japanese translations for future enhanced experience.

In the meantime, to be able to immediately fix the issue, I am happy to assign someone from l10n team who might be able to copy the English splash page to japanese splash page. Will update the bug once I have more updates. Thank you

Thanks to the efforts of the globalization team, the original issue identified by this bug has been fixed.

Thank you Michelle and Tony.

Now when you navigate to the Japanese splash pages for documentation, you will see the latest (untranslated) versions of OpenShift Enterprise. This page is now in sync with the English version of this page.

I am going to close this bug as CURRENTRELEASE.

Please open a new bug if there are any other issues with the Japanese pages.
