You can see why these packages are not getting upgrade by: "dnf update <pkg> --best". Rawhide has broken dependencies sometimes.

Thanks for your help.

of the 80 packages now listed, 54 require libboost et. al. Should I just wait or make a bug for each "required" package for which dnf can not find a provider?
