Description of problem:

OpenStack Magnum is being added to RDO under Bug # 1292794 and Bug # 1286772, in conjunction with this it would be ideal to also add support for deploying Magnum to PackStack. There appears to be an existing puppet-magnum project upstream:

This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life.
If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.
