This package will be downstream for our adb-utils (https://www.redhat.com/archives/container-tools/2016-January/msg00043.html) effort on upstream side.

Additional info:
We need an RPM to contain the utility scripts that drive the CDK. These scripts do things like certificate generation.  This is also where the service files for the various orchestrators will live.

cdk-utils" package created at dist-git [1] with empty branch "cdk2.0-rhel-7" . Also added cdk-utils to the whitelist for brew tag cdk2.0-rhel-7 .
