Description Dave Sullivan 2016-02-01 21:09:42 UTC
Description of problem:

The OSE 3.1 release notes, say the following:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/openshift-enterprise/version-3.1/release-notes/

RHEL Atomic Host Now Supported Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Atomic Host 7.1.6 or later is now supported for running containerized OpenShift services. See System Requirements for more details.

However the AEP Release Notes say this.

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-atomic-enterprise-platform/version-3.1/release-notes/

Complete containerized installation on Red Hat Atomic Host is not currently supported. A future release of Red Hat Atomic Enterprise Platform may support this.

So it's confusing on whether OSE 3.1. is supported on RH AEP.

If I understand things correctly OSE 3.1.1 is supported on AH 7.1.6, so if AEP is 7.1.6 or higher OSE 3.1.1 is supported there as well.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

RH AEP 3.1

Thanks Dave. I have removed the line from the release notes [1] of AEP as that is no longer valid.

Moving this bug to CLOSED-->CURRENTRELEASE.
