Description of problem:
Upgrading from rhevm 3.5.7 to rhevm 3.6.3 fails while using "yum update". The error is following:

Error: Package: rhevm-backend-3.5.7-0.1.el6ev.noarch (@rhevm-3.5)
           Requires: vdsm-jsonrpc-java < 1.1.0
           Removing: vdsm-jsonrpc-java-1.0.15-1.el6ev.noarch (@rhevm-3.5)
               vdsm-jsonrpc-java = 1.0.15-1.el6ev
           Updated By: vdsm-jsonrpc-java-1.1.7-1.el6ev.noarch (rhevm-3.6.3-1)
               vdsm-jsonrpc-java = 1.1.7-1.el6ev

How reproducible:

1. Install rhevm 3.5.7
2. Try to upgrade it to 3.6.3

I wonder why we still check dependencies for rhevm-backend-3.5.7-0.1. Aren't we upgrading to 3.6.3 where 1.1.x version is required?
