Section Number and Name:  Upgrading versions. 

Describe the issue: 

Ansible is unable to be run on pacemaker installs due to SNOTH setup on Pacemaker. Information is needed on how to update minor and major releases for each OSE setup. 

Suggestions for improvement: 

 Section on pacemaker manual update
