How to find out which alerts are OOTB and which are not?
All the alerts listed on the Control -> Explorer page would be considered as OOTB.
Verified that 1)a flash message is displayed when a user tries to delete OOTB alerts and 2)OOTB alerts cannot be disabled with the fix. Verified in 5.6.0.4
