patch to fix the bug

The attached patch backports from F23 an improved feature detection for G_GNUC_ALLOC_SIZE.

Note that the fix is not exactly the same as upstream, due to GNOME bug 761843 whose fix is included in the attached patch.

GNOME Bug 761843 now committed upstream as 1964a8726b06237f751b2aa8b2a3fcd2ce555c44.
