We are tracking this for F24 freeze exception, re-opening.

This bug was discussed at the 2016-06-06 blocker review meeting [1] and determined to be an AcceptedFreezeException as it is good to fix the broken dependencies in the frozen repositories. [1] https://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/fedora-blocker-review/2016-06-06/f24-blocker-review.2016-06-06-16.00.txt
