See "Invalid literal suffixes" in https://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-6/porting_to.html

There needs to be a space in between "Could not " an the m.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.
