%{name}.lang is empty (there are no po files), and rpm no longer allows empty files in %files -f.  Remove %find_lang and any references to %{name}.lang.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.

error: Empty %files file /builddir/build/BUILD/bluecurve-gtk-themes-1.0.0/bluecurve-gtk-themes.lang

empty %files -f files are no longer accepted.  All references to %find_lang and %{name}.lang should be removed if there are no translations.
