This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.

Looks like the INCLUDEDIR=%{_includedir}/chicken in %build and %install is superfluous and should either be removed or changed to INCLUDEDIR=%{_includedir}.
