This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.

Successfully waited 0:02 for mp-3.0.1-0.2.fc25 to appear in the rawhide repo

Build fix for f24 in progress as the package was updated
in rawhide (just a backport of rawhide fix).
