This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.

Patch to fix the FTBFS
This package uses bools to initialize pointers. This is not allowed in c++14.
The patch in the attachment (against fedora git/master) should resolve this issue. Unless somebody objects, I'll apply this patch to rawhide and f24 in near future.
NB: This package's spec is carrying a lot of historic ballast and therefore could use a "brush-up". Also, the shape this package is in raises doubts on whether this package is still maintained in Fedora.
