Confirmation of the version of the openshift pipeline plugin would be useful.  It appears as if a downlevel version of the jenkins image (and plugin) are in use in the online environment.

The latest images were just pulled into INT - please verify this bug again.

ignore comment3,and I cannot verify the bug now, because when create jenkins 
# oc get pods
NAME               READY     STATUS              RESTARTS   AGE
jenkins-1-deploy   0/1       ContainerCreating   0          14m

should wait bug :https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1318510 to fix , then verify the bug.
