Description of problem:

CloudForms should be setup to automatically collect C&U data.

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install and deploy RHCI/Triple O
2. CloudForms: Configure > Configuration
3. Settings accordion
4. CFME Region: Region 1 [1]
5. C&U Collection tab

Actual results:

Not selected for Clusters
Not selected for Datastores

Expected results:

Selected for both

Additional info:

Don't believe CloudForms API currently supports setting this option
