Description of problem: Tried to create foreign key to another table which has not primary key - got alert "ERROR: there is no unique constraint matching given keys for referenced table" After this alert wasn't close the foreign key addition window, opened edit another table, added primary key to that table and closed window. This message is a reminder that Fedora 23 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 23.
