I can created volume on the aws with puddle atomic-openshift-3.1.1.903-1.git.0.91c3aef.el7.x86_64 , could not reproduced right now

Sorry this isn't "modified" it hasn't merged in openshift yet. moving back to post.

Verified dynamic provisioning on GCE works.
