Description of problem:

Some tray icons in upper panel are invisible, or you can see small black stripe in the bottom of panel, in the part where icons should be (see screenshot).

Problem is present in login screen - accessibility icon,
and also after login in normal desktop - sound, network, and update icons.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot rhel6
2. login

Actual results:
See that icons in tray area are not visible, or have black stripe underneath.

Expected results:
Icons should be properly visible.

Additional info:
Icons are fully functional, e.g. if you blindly click on sound icon, you can adjust the volume.

After switching graphic card to gtx780 problem disappeared.
