Description of problem:

When attempting to add a host to a newly-created RHEV management server, the installation fails with: Failed to execute stage 'Package installation': [u'libvirt-lock-sanlock-1.2.17-13.el7_2.2.x86_64 requires libvirt-daemon = 1.2.17-13.el7_2.2'].

Document does not include command to subscribe optional channel:
