The google backup engine in Cinder requires new dependencies that are not listed yet in Cinder's requirements.txt. Ensure these are added to RPM dependencies: httplib2>=0.7.5 oauth2client>=1.5.0 https://review.openstack.org/#/c/284929/
Moving to 9.0 because we don't ship google backup engine in 8.0.
