Service : Service catalog requests randomly fails with error in logs

I would like more info. I added Vmware provider 5.5 and then provisioned some VMs and many times went to Services->Request, but didn't see any errors. In which log file should the error be?

Shveta, I disabled the set_folder logic and ordered service 'data_item'. The request was completed.
