Upstream is now on GitHub. We use lxmenu-data now also for LXQt. Anitya monitors GitHub releases.

Source tarball is linked to Sourceforge.

source is also pushed from sourceforge, not need to fix.

Fixed Anitya to monitor custom SF page.
