Description of problem:

The URL for the "antlr" package is set to http://www.antlr.org/, the page for version 4 of the project. ANTLR 4 is included in the "antlr4" package in Fedora.

ANTLR 2's upstream is at http://www.antlr2.org/

How reproducible: always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/package/rpms/antlr/
2. Click the "(upstream)" link

Actual results:

http://www.antlr.org/ (the webpage of ANTLR 4) is opened

Expected results:

http://www.antlr2.org/ (the webpage of ANTLR 3) is opened
