Screenshot of the printer dialog window in the GNOME control center

Description of problem:
In current Fedora 24, a visual artifact appears in the "Add printer" dialog window, namely the "Add" button is enclosed by a rectangle instead of being enclosed by a rounded rectangle as in the case of the adjacent "Cancel" button, see attached screenshot.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
control-center-3.19.90-1.fc24

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a new printer in the GNOME control center.

Actual results:
The "Add" button is enclosed by a rectangle.

Expected results:
The "Add" button is enclosed by a rounded rectangle.

Additional info:
Issue is already present in current Fedora 23.
