Verified on: openstack-cinder-13.0.1-0.20181013185427.31ff628.el7ost.noarch Notice the last issue we have, blocked bz, extend with a none admin user was verified: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1640443#c25 All other operations were tested and passed. Good to verify this RFE.
