Navigating to Host -> Host Collections renders blank page

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to WebUI -> Host -> Host Collections

Actual results:
renders blank page

Expected results:
renders host collections page

Verified in Satellite 6.2.0-beta-snap3.  Host Collections page displays fine.
