Looking for a feature that allows the users to create an object by adding yaml data to a text box or importing from a file or choose from a sample object template (this template would be just a single object like a PVC or a Service or a DC)

Very similar to what `oc create -f` does on the CLI. 


Workflow would be.

- Click "Add to Project"
- Then instead of choosing a quick-start you would click "Advanced" 
- Then choose create object from file, raw data, or sample (similar to raw data but fields are all included)
