Description of problem:
No errors are provided to the user when trying to run the hardware validations, before any nodes were registered. The control should either be greyed out from the start, or should generate a message when you click on it and there are no nodes to validate.

1. Start with a clean system
2. Upload a plan
3. In the validations section, try to run the hardware validations


Actual results:
No response from the system.


Expected results:
The irrelevant tests should not be available, or if you run an irrelevant validation - it should tell you that clearly.
