/usr/lib/xemacs/xemacs-packages/lisp/xemacs-base/comint.elc is missing in
xemacs-21.1.10-1.i386.rpm.  This prevents latex-mode from loading, in
particular.  It exists in xemacs-el-21.1.10-1.i386.rpm and can be
recompiled by hand, though.

[By the way, it'd be great to be able to specify 'Red Hat Raw Hide
Powertools' when reporting bugs.  One doesn't know if it has to be
classified as 'Red Hat Raw Hide' or 'Red Hat Powertools'.  Alternately,
Powertools packages could be added to the 'Red Hat Raw Hide' list]

i have added the missing stuff in the xemacs main package.
now xemacs was move in distro from powertools.
