Description of problem: mesa-libOpenCL doesn't have virtual provides for ICD implementation, which makes it difficult to depend on "any" ICD. Please add something like: Provides: opencl-icd to mesa.spec file for the mesa-libOpenCL subpackage so that it can be then Require:'d by ocl-icd. I reverted this for a while.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle. Changing version to '26'.
