Description of problem: pocl doesn't have virtual provides for ICD implementation, which makes it difficult to depend on "any" ICD. Please add something like: Provides: opencl-icd to pocl.spec file so that it can be then Require:'d by ocl-icd. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.12-1.fc24

Ireverted this changes, so once we will figure out how to fix bug with multilib - we'll think how to make it properly.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle. Changing version to '26'.
