Steps to Reproduce:
1. Execute "hammer content-host info" command

Actual results:
It doesn't display some useful information such as registered time, registered either with a username/password or activation key so on.

Expected results:
we could extract some useful registration info with hammer would nice.

Note that 'hammer content-host *' is going away, so this should be added to 'hammer host info' or 'hammer host status'
