Description of problem:
When edit a bug in buglist, the product selector has no other products except itself. So the user can't change product for the bug. If it has the selector, it should has other products. If don't to allow user to change the product, it is better to disable the selector.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Perform a search
2. Choose one bug to edit in the buglist
3. Update the product

Actual results:
can't choose any other product to change the current product

Expected results:
can change the product or can't see the product selector
