Description of problem:
Business Central Creates Multiple WIDs if You Create A Process in a non-root package

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new project in a repo. Notice a WID is generated at the root package directory
2. Create a new process definition at a lower level package (e.g. <group>/<artifact>. Notice a second WID file is there.
3. Change either WID. Notice that changes are not reflected in the other WID.

Actual results:
Multiple, disconnected WIDs

Expected results:
Only one WID per KJar
