Description of problem:

-  There are no clue given in the "oc get event" command as to what is happening during the Terminating process. This should be improved.

This RRE is addressed by https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/debug-application-cluster/determine-reason-pod-failure/ since OCP 3.9.
