After closing the "Messages" panel when in "Project Authoring" reopening it is either impossible or undlear. A small box labelled, "javascript;;" pops up, but no panel.

How reproducible:
100% on my machine

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unzip EAP 6.4
2. Run the BRMS installer
3. Using Firefox, Chrome or Safari go to "Project Authoring" and close the "Messages" panel

Actual results:
Mousing over the bottom produces a box, "javascript;;"

Expected results:
A way to reopen the panel

Additional info:
I attached the files generated by the installer and screenshots illustrating the steps in Firefox

Paulo, we either need to make the "Message Console" not closable; or add a Button/Menu Item somewhere to re-open it (at the moment it's only re-opened when building the Project via Project Explorer).

See https://github.com/droolsjbpm/guvnor/tree/master/guvnor-message-console
